Herroepingsrecht / Retouren:
Na ontvangst van uw bestelling heeft u wettelijk recht op 14 kalenderdagen bedenktijd en de mogelijkheid om uw bestelling te retourneren. Als koper heeft u de plicht om de kosten voor het retourneren te voldoen. Nadat het retourpakket door ons in ontvangst is genomen en gecontroleerd is zullen wij binnen 72 uur de retourbetaling verrichten.
Breuk / Garantie
Wij verpakken onze artikelen met uiterste voorzichtigheid, mocht u na ontvangst echter breuk of schade constateren dan vragen wij u binnen 24 uur melding hiervan te doen. Na uw melding zullen wij contact met u opnemen over het retourneren van de bestelling. Na ontvangst van de retourzending heeft u recht op een vervangend product. Wanneer het product niet meer verkrijgbaar is heeft u recht op vergoeding van het aankoopbedrag inclusief de verzendkosten.
Klachtenprocedure:
Wanneer u een vraag, opmerking of klacht heeft zullen wij binnen 48 uur contact met u opnemen om samen met u tot een oplossing te komen. Mocht u vragen hebben, neem dan gerust contact met ons op.
