Ordering
Ordering is quick and easy:
Choose your favorite product(s) and add them to your shopping cart.
- Go to checkout and fill in your details.
- Choose your preferred payment method.
- Confirm and pay for your order
or
choose the reserve/pick up in store option if you want to pay for your order at a later time. This is possible, for example, if an item is not yet in stock (pre-order) or if you want to pick up and pay for your order in our store.
- You will receive an immediate confirmation email.
- We’ll get started and ship your package according to the delivery time indicated for each product.
Stock and Delivery Time
We have a large selection and can deliver quickly from stock. The delivery time is listed for each product in the webshop.

Pre-order: new product that is not yet in stock. Reservations are possible without prepayment (via the “Reserve” option during checkout).
The stated delivery times are for shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Delivery times for other countries may vary.
Sale price & VAT
For customers within the EU, prices are shown including 21% VAT. For customers outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT once the shipping address has been entered. Import duties, local taxes, or customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Gift Card Info
The Peter’s Hummel Home gift card can be ordered and paid for through the webshop, and you will receive a purchase confirmation by email. The gift card will be sent to the recipient by email in the theme of your choice (e.g., birthday). The gift card has a unique number and can be used for the entire collection. The gift card can also be used flexibly: both in the webshop and in-store, and can be used in parts.

Shipping
We ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. That’s why we carefully inspect every product and pack everything with the utmost care.
Your package will be shipped on all business days with one of the following carriers:
DPD, PostNL, or BPost.
Your package will be shipped insured.
After shipment, you will receive the Track & Trace code for your package by email.
Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all products are in stock.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Not satisfied? No problem.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned package, you will receive payment for the full purchase price within 5 business days.
Breakage or Damage Upon Delivery
Did your order arrive damaged? We are very sorry to hear that. To find a good solution, please follow the steps below.
